Mobile Money Fraud

Partners: Airtel Africa, Caritas Malawi, IIITB, Royal Academy of Engineering
Country: Malawi

Rural Inclusion are leading a consortium funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering to test and examine a digital training approach to reducing mobile money fraud in Malawi. Through the project, Rural Inclusion developed short animated films to re-create common mobile money fraud scenarios in Chichewa and leverage the Ostrii platform for community delivery.

Integrated Pest Management for Coffee Farmers

Rural Inclusion developed a series of edutainment videos in the local language of Lukonzo and provided access to Ostrii for Agri Evolve’s field agents in the Rwenzori Mountains to raise awareness of common pests found in coffee gardens, and best management practices.

Financial Literacy for Refugees
